With over 13 years of experience in administrative work, Laurie Daniels is the force behind the scenes that keeps Arch to Freedom running smoothly.

Her expertise in mental health administration comes from years of working directly with families as an Admissions Coordinator and Administrator in treatment facilities, where she honed her ability to streamline processes, manage resources, and facilitate effective communication.

Laurie is the one behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly. She not only handles virtually all our administrative operations, but she is also integral to both internal and external communications, ensuring staff are up to date with procedures, policies, and best practices. Laurie keeps Jason and Neill in line (mostly Neill), supports the entire team, and makes sure no detail is overlooked.

Her dedication, organization, and unwavering commitment to Arch to Freedom’s mission make her an invaluable part of our team, and we are grateful to have her.
