Case Manager/Personal Trainer

Originally from New Canaan, Connecticut, Pete relocated to Delray Beach in 2019 to embark on his personal journey of recovery. Drawing inspiration from the people who played a significant role in his own spiritual growth, Pete began his career in the Recovery and Mental Health field as a Behavioral Health Technician at a Residential Treatment Center. With an innate talent for building strong rapport with clients, he quickly transitioned into a Case Manager role, where he provides invaluable support to residents in sober living environments. Pete has always derived a deep sense of fulfillment by fostering lasting connections and facilitating the personal and professional development of others. With a background in Film & Music, paired with his active involvement in the local fitness community, Pete has an incredible aptitude for engaging Arch’s clients in their recovery journeys. Outside of work, Pete is completing his NASM Certification, which will enable him to act as a professional Personal Trainer. Concurrently, he leads group fitness classes for a local non-profit organization that caters to adults in recovery who aspire to lead an active and healthy lifestyle. Pete obtained his CCAR Certification, making him a Qualified Recovery Support Specialist. His ultimate objective is to establish meaningful connections throughout the South Florida community, ensuring that everyone seeking support can access it. Pete lives by the motto “the least effective way to move through life is by yourself”
