Paul Marianovsky brings years of experience in counseling, intake, outreach, and case management within the substance use and mental health field.
Before joining Arch to Freedom, he worked extensively in intake and admissions for both adolescent and adult treatment programs, bridging the gap between individuals in crisis and the resources that could save their lives. He has collaborated with families, New York State judges, probation officers, and the criminal justice system to help those struggling with addiction find a way forward. Along the way, he has led over 100 speaking engagements at public high schools, detox centers, treatment courts, and hospitals, training hundreds in Narcan administration and advocating for education, prevention, and second chances.
Paul’s journey is rooted in both science and human connection. He earned his bachelor’s degree in biology before becoming a CASAC (Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor) and a CRPA (Certified Recovery Peer Advocate) in New York. Currently pursuing his Master of Social Work, on track to graduate in 2026, he blends clinical knowledge with real-world experience to help individuals and families navigate the complex path to recovery.
Paul believes that rock bottom isn’t a place—it’s the moment you stop digging. He has seen firsthand that no one is ever too far gone, and that the right conversation at the right time can change the course of a person’s life. His work is driven by the unshakable belief that growth is always possible—that even in the darkest moments, the right support can transform a breakdown into a breakthrough.
