Robert is a dedicated and experienced member of our leadership team. His journey with Arch to Freedom began as a guest, followed by roles as a house manager and recovery advocate, before being promoted to leadership in 2024.
Through these experiences, he has developed invaluable insight, passion, and guidance that continue to shape our community.
Before transitioning to the recovery field, Robert spent over a decade working in animal care, including three years as the owner of a boarding kennel. His professional journey also led him to study culinary arts and IT, but his true calling emerged in social work. Now, he is actively working toward becoming a social worker specializing in Substance Use Disorder.
Robert’s addiction progressed over time, ultimately leading him to seek treatment and begin his recovery journey. His personal experiences give him a deep understanding of the challenges individuals face, and he is committed to helping others navigate their own paths to sobriety.
Having been a resident at Arch to Freedom, Robert credits the program with transforming his life. Today, he is dedicated to its mission—helping others, serving God, and giving back to those in need.
