Recovery Begins Here.
At Arch to Freedom, we believe addiction and mental health recovery isn’t about fitting into someone else’s plan. Our Guests take the lead in designing customized Growth Plans that reflect their unique goals, strengths, and vision for their future. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all program—it’s your journey, your path, your life.
We are more than just a place to heal—we are a launching pad for discovering purpose, balance, and joy. With a blend of individualized support and community connection, Arch to Freedom is where you reclaim control of your life and rediscover the possibilities of what it can be. Whether you are battling addiction or healing from trauma, we can help.
We are building an arch through which we will walk a free man at last.
Our Sober Homes Are Built For Life Long Recovery
Our philosophy is simple: autonomy breeds empowerment. That’s why we offer a holistic program of wrap-around services designed to meet each Guest’s unique needs. With customized care, case management, addiction recovery support, adventure experiences, health and spirituality programs, and family engagement, our Guests have the freedom to engage in the areas that serve them best—without rigid requirements. Here, growth is guided by compassion and respect, not restrictions.
At Arch, you have variety of support available. You can embark on biweekly adventures with our Adventure Coordinator, train with our personal trainer, attend a 12-step alumni speaker meeting, or practice meditation and breathwork with our Spirituality Director. You can engage in therapeutic groups led by a Licensed Mental Health Counselor or a Mindset Coach, or work with your own therapist and sponsor outside of our program. Around the clock Peer Support Staff are always available for whatever you need.
At Arch to Freedom, it’s all available, but very little is mandatory or decided for you. It’s your life, your program—not ours.

Arch helped my family during a very difficult timePosted on JohnTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Arch to Freedom is an upmarket sober living community with several houses in Boynton Beach and Delray Beach. The well-appointed houses boast granite countertops, comfy mattresses and sofas, and, in some of the houses, pools and exercise equipment. However, where Arch stands out is in its rock-solid staffing and management. Experienced, knowledgeable and caring staff are working 24/7 — yes, even overnights — to ensure that everyone’s supported. In the almost three years I’ve lived here, I’ve noticed that there is very little staff turnover. They seem to enjoy working here, and most of them are somewhere along the spectrum of recovery themselves, which helps because they know what we’re going through. It is said that the culture of any business starts from the top, and this is certainly true at Arch. Neill Timmons, the owner, and Jason Peak, the program director, absolutely care about each and every person living at Arch. They, along with the rest of staff, create an individualized program for each resident. (For me it was about finding a job, as I’d been unemployed for a long period of time when I first arrived. They repeatedly challenged me to find a job — while also aiding me in the search — and it turned out that I needed that extra push they gave me.) There are a bunch of other things to mention: Great group activities on Sundays (kayaking, fishing, eating out, to name a few); always being able to get staff on the phone (in three years I’ve never had an issue reaching staff); a comprehensive “case management” system that addresses individual needs. And even with all that Arch has to offer, I think it’s still reasonably priced. I wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend Arch to anyone searching for a sober living home.Posted on Shari ThomasTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have experienced exceptional support at Arch to Freedom Supported Recovery Residence, and I can’t recommend them enough. Their approach to sober living is truly a game changer. What sets them apart is the value they place on family involvement, coupled with their person-centered focus and the intentional creation of a supportive community. By combining peer support, coaching, and wellness activities, they have built an environment that fosters long-term positive outcomes. Whether you’re considering it for yourself or a loved one, Arch to Freedom is a place where true recovery is made possible:).Posted on Joshua KovacsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I love this place. The staff accepted me with open arms when I reached out. All of us in the house are great friends too. The house is super nice too. We’ve got a pool AND a pool table! My favorite part of the program is the Sunday excursions. We went kayaking, snorkeling, horseback riding, to drive shack, and lots more. I look forward to Sundays when everyone in the program gets together and have fun in sobriety. I didn’t even know that was possible. I am so grateful for this amazing program.Posted on colin damaloujiTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Arch to freedom is amazing. This house has given me the strong Foundation I needed to walk through the Arch to my Freedom. The owner and all the staff truly are the Keystone to everyone’s recovery. They have all helped me find a sponsor that Triumphantly took me through the 12 steps. The trust and friendship of this house are the Cornerstone on which this sober living is built.Posted on Bobby CummingTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Arch has been instrumental in my recovery journey. It’s much more than your average sober living with many beneficial resources at your disposal. I highly recommend this place!Posted on Erick BermanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. With over 5 years of work experience in the field of addictions and as a clinical social worker, I can wholeheartedly say that Arch to Freedom is simply the single best sober housing option in South Florida. For addicts and alcoholics who are really looking to recover, there could be no better environment in which to do so. What Neill and the other ATF staff have created is something truly special.Posted on Brandon McCarthyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would not be where I am today without the help and support I received from the entire team at Arch To Freedom. The staff here really cares about each individual who is going through Arch and offers support no matter the circumstances. If you’re ready for a new way of life but are unsure how to make the first step, Arch has the roadmap and tools to get you there. Forever grateful!
