His professional journey spans 16 years in the substance abuse and mental health field, where he has honed his skills across the entire continuum of care. A Certified Residential Recovery Administrator (C.R.R.A), Kyle’s extensive background in launching, scaling, and managing facilities equips him uniquely to oversee the day-to-day operations of Arch to Freedom, ensuring a safe, high-quality environment for all.

Before stepping into his current executive role, Kyle built a diverse foundation in direct client care, working with individuals facing mental health challenges, process disorders, and substance use disorders. His vast clinical experience spans assessment, career and academic advising, alumni development, and the management of recovery housing. Additionally, Kyle brings over a decade of dedicated experience supporting systemic change within family systems affected by addiction. This deep well of hands-on knowledge allows him to champion person-centered, respectful care, creating specialized programming tailored to the unique needs of every individual.

Having held key leadership roles across leading not-for-profit facilities, for-profit psychiatric programs, and even co-founding a private-pay treatment center in Florida, Kyle possesses an invaluable interdepartmental perspective. From compliance and admissions to building effective partnerships with insurance and private payor models, his operational wisdom ensures that Arch to Freedom remains a powerful beacon of hope, healing, and lasting recovery.
