Career and education development is a central component of our transitional housing program because stable employment and academic progress are among the strongest predictors of long-term success in addiction recovery. Case Managers work one-on-one with guests on resume building, interview preparation, job searching, and identifying career paths that align with their skills and interests. For guests pursuing education, the team provides support with enrollment, scheduling, study habits, and balancing academic demands with recovery programming.

Many guests arrive uncertain about their career direction or re-entering the workforce after a significant gap, and our team meets them where they are with patience, encouragement, and practical guidance.
