Individualized Growth Plans
No two people arrive at Arch to Freedom with the same story, the same needs, or the same goals. That is why every guest’s experience here starts with a plan built around them, not around the program.
Your Recovery, Your Roadmap
Every guest at Arch to Freedom works with their Case Manager to create an Individualized Growth Plan that serves as the foundation of their time in our transitional housing program. This is not a generic checklist or a set of rules handed down by staff. It is a living, personalized roadmap that reflects each guest’s unique goals, circumstances, strengths, and areas for growth. Growth Plans cover the full scope of recovery and personal development, including substance use, mental health, career and education, financial planning, life skills, and recovery engagement.
A Plan That Grows With You
The process of building a Growth Plan is collaborative from the start. Case Managers get to know each guest’s background, what they have been through, what they want for their future, and what has gotten in the way before. From there, they work together to set goals that are ambitious but realistic, with clear action steps and built-in checkpoints. Some guests need to focus on employment first. Others need to stabilize their mental health care or get connected to a sponsor. The plan reflects what matters most to that person at that point in their recovery.
What makes the Growth Plan effective is that it belongs to the guest. Plans are revisited and refined regularly as guests make progress, encounter new challenges, or shift their priorities. A plan that was right in month one might need adjusting by month three, and that is expected. This approach reflects Arch to Freedom’s core philosophy: lasting addiction recovery and mental health stability are built when individuals take ownership of their path forward, supported by a team that meets them where they are.
