Alexa Vrionis, LCSW
Alexa Vrionis brings over eight years of experience in addiction and mental health treatment to the team as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. A psychotherapist who strives to be “human first,” she meets clients and families exactly where they are, leading with energy, warmth, and authenticity rather than clinical distance. Her approach is defined by a genuine optimism about what recovery can make possible.
Alexa understands recovery through both a personal and a professional lens, and she believes that recovery can become one of the greatest gifts a person ever receives once the shame of addiction is left behind. Her work with families is grounded in Imago Relationship Therapy, a framework she uses to help clients and their loved ones strengthen recovery by repairing the relationships that addiction has strained.
At Arch to Freedom, Alexa finds purpose in creating space where individuals, couples, and families can heal from past pain and move forward through meaning and connection. By pairing rigorous clinical training with real warmth, she helps families rebuild trust and step into a future defined by resilience and lasting change.
