Prior to stepping into this role, Jason served as the organization’s Chief Program Officer, where he established a strong foundation of operational excellence and leadership. His career has been defined by a unique progression through high-impact roles, blending a rigorous corporate background in logistics and team building with hands-on clinical care. His extensive experience working directly with individuals navigating chronic addiction has shaped his holistic, person-centered approach to care.
As a dedicated professional, Jason utilizes his deep understanding of program structure and clinical dynamics to support the emerging needs of residents. Having achieved his own sobriety in October 2015, he is a firm believer in the power of personal transformation and continuously draws upon the foundational principles of the 12 Steps to inform his practice. This commitment to clinical excellence and firsthand insight ensures that the clients he works with receive the most authentic, effective, and informed guidance available as they walk the path of long-term recovery.
