Adam Bebee
Adam Bebee serves as a Case Manager at Arch to Freedom, bringing a rare combination of lived experience and more than a decade of leadership to his work with men in early recovery. Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, Adam moved to Florida in 2010 and spent 13 years in leadership roles in luxury hospitality, where he helped open several restaurants and earned a reputation for developing his teams and creating lasting guest experiences. Those years taught him how to lead, how to listen, and how to build the kind of trust that makes people feel seen.
Adam’s own path to recovery was not a straight line. After years of struggling on and off with addiction, he re-entered treatment in January 2023 and committed to rebuilding his life from the ground up. He left the hospitality industry to return to school, earning a Certificate in Addiction Studies from Palm Beach State College, where he holds a 4.0 GPA and is a member of Phi Theta Kappa. In Spring 2027 he will transfer to Florida Atlantic University to pursue his Bachelor of Social Work, with his sights set on a Master of Social Work and a career devoted to helping others overcome addiction. Adam first joined Arch to Freedom in 2024 as a Recovery Advocate, supporting residents through the challenges of early sobriety, and after stepping away to focus on school full time, he has returned as a Case Manager, working one-on-one with residents to bring both his lived experience and his leadership background to their recovery.
In sobriety, Adam has found new passions in traveling, hiking, skiing, and fitness, along with new friendships. Among the accomplishments he values most is rebuilding his relationships with his family, his nine-year-old son, and his girlfriend. He credits a strong support community as the foundation of his own recovery and carries that conviction into his work, guiding men in early recovery to seek out community and build lasting, meaningful relationships of their own.
