Rojay Foote
Rojay Foote serves as a Case Manager at Arch to Freedom, bringing more than ten years of experience as a healthcare professional working with individuals, families, and communities. Throughout his career, Rojay has developed a deep commitment to helping people navigate their personal needs, connect with the right resources, and feel genuinely supported during the most challenging seasons of their lives. That experience across many settings has given him a practical, grounded understanding of what it takes to help someone move from crisis toward stability.
Rojay takes a compassionate, relationship-focused approach to his work. He believes in meeting each person exactly where they are, listening without judgment, and helping residents identify the support and resources that lead to greater stability, independence, and overall well-being. For the men he works with, that means a steady presence who sees the whole person, not just the problem in front of them, and who stays invested in their progress one day at a time.
Outside of his professional life, Rojay has a strong interest in cooking, nutrition, physical wellness, and sports. He enjoys creating meals, staying active, and learning about healthy living, and he places real value on connection, community, and creating positive experiences for the people around him. Those interests reflect the belief he brings to Arch to Freedom every day: that lasting recovery means caring for the whole person and building a balanced, healthy life.
